Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Development Services - District Pavement Project (Interstate), HMA Overlay Minor Structural with two Bridge Replacements, two Bridge Thin Deck Overlays and two Bridge Deck Overlay on I-69; The selected firm shall complete an Engineering Assessment (if necessary), Topographic Survey, Roadway Design and Plan Development, Environmental Documentation, Permits Applications, Right-of-Way Plan Development (including R/W Engineering, Title Research and Staking, if needed), Geotechnical Engineering, Utility Coordination, Pavement Design, and Construction Phase Services. Other services such as Ecological Surveys, Archeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigation, professional public outreach and marketing services, and Wetland Mitigation, may be included later if these work types become necessary. This project is located on I-69 in Grant and Delaware counties. The project stretches on I-69 from 0.08 mile S of US 35/SR 28, RP 244+70 (40.275601, -85.557899) to 0.41 mile S of SR 26, RP 255+02 (40.416547, -85.549273). The length of the project is approximately 10.32 miles and begins just south of the US 35/SR 28 interchange northwest of Muncie. The project is along an interstate route.
