This scope of work outline has been reviewed by INDOT and FHWA and reflects a plan of approach based on the known goals. One factor determining the selection of consultants is the ability of the consultants to analyze the study goals, evaluate the work elements, and formulate a work plan. This process may produce new approaches or modification to the study work elements. Because of that, all consultants should be aware that the Final Scope of Work for the study will be produced with input from the selected Consultants. All selected Consultants shall be responsible for the management, coordination and design efforts which will be necessary to complete the study, including study coordination, agency coordination, public participation, conceptual designs, environmental and design data collection, and alternatives analysis as described in the following sections.
