Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall provide grant writing services for INDOT pursuing grants that are available through the the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) otherwise known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and others that the agency may qualify, on an as-needed basis. INDOT anticipates submitting greater that 15 grants during the contract period for these services. Additionally, the selected firm may be directed to provide grant writing review services for grant proposals developed by other parties, though that service is expected to be a minor part of the overall contract, if at all. The CONSULTANT will prepare the narrative for the grant application using infographics and layperson language that will serve as the primary document for the grant application package. The CONSULTANT will ensure that the narrative and format comply with the respective requirements of the notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for each specific grant program.
