Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.0 DESCRIPTION 1.1 This specification solicits bids for the procurement of 170 Stop Stick® Kits, four (4) Stop Stick®, Training Kits, and 340 Piranha® Tire Deflators 2.0 SPECIFICATIONS 2.1 A. Stop Sticks shall be the product trademark registered by Stop Stick Ltd. deployable tire deflation devices. Each set shall have a storage bag. Procurement includes four Stop Stick Training Kits with cord reels. B. Piranha deflation devices shall be the product trademark registered by Stop Stick Ltd. Procurement includes twelve hit kits. 3.0 STOP STICKS 3.1 One Hundred-Seventy (170) Stop Stick sets with the following specifications: a. 9’ (3 sticks) b. Sticks shall be 3’ in length c. Sticks shall weigh 1 lb per stick d. There shall be 36 spikes per stick e. Spike length shall be 2 5/8th inches f. Cord reel length shall be up to 80’ g. Cord reel test shall be 150 pounds h. One Red storge bag for each kit 3.2 Four (4) 9’ Stop Stick Training Kits with Storage Bags 4.0 PIRANHA 4.1 Three Hundred Forty (340) Piranha pursuit prevent devices with the following specifications: a. 3 ½ inches in length b. Weight shall be 5.2 ounces c. Each device shall have two, 2-inch Teflon coated twills d. Reusable base e. One cartridge per device 4.2 Twelve (12) Piranha Hit Kits 5.0 PRODUCT REGISTRATIONS 5.1 The vendor shall provide any statements of manufacture and instructions on any product registrations.
