The purpose of the project is to prepare all Section 106 and NEPA analysis documents on behalf of the Agency. The level of NEPA analysis expected ranges between Environmental Review for Activity/Project that is Categorically Excluded Subject to Section 58.5, Environmental Assessment/Finding of No Significant Impact, and Categorically Exempt assessments. The contractor’s general role will be to work cooperatively with the Agency and to prepare all Section 106/NEPA documents that meet the standards set forth in the National Environmental Policy Act, and relevant laws, regulations, policies, and agency requirements. The contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, computers, transportation, travel, and incidentals to perform all work necessary for the completion of the environmental documents.
