Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor to propose flooring protection for the purposes of assuring the quality and condition of the underlying football field and related surfaces are not damaged by the weight and or pressures of trucks, forklifts, ballast blocks or other production materials, for a period not less than seven days but in some instances as many as ten days of constant use. 5.2.3 Proposed flooring protection is required to cover approximately 50,000 square feet of area comprised of protecting synthetic football playing surface and track apron. 5.2.4 Proposed flooring protection should meet or exceed capacity and abilities of Matrax HD flooring product which has been used successfully for the last few years at the University. 5.2.5 Vendor, if able, shall offer a rental price along with relevant labor, support, materials, and equipment necessary for the full term of this RFP. 5.2.6 Vendor, if able, shall offer a one time purchase option with applicable warranties, delivery costs, taxes and/or other fees. Vendors unable to offer this option will not be penalized. One time purchase option will not require any further supervision or services from vendor other than warranty customer service issues.
