Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bellevue is accepting proposals from experienced firms for Job Order construction services pursuant to RCW 39.10.420 and anticipates award to multiple firms through this solicitation. Job Order Contracting (JOC) is an alternative public works contracting procedure that differs from traditional low design/bid/build construction. The city may award multiple contracts from this single RFP, contractors will be selected based upon qualifications, experience, price, responsiveness, and responsibility criteria. Individual small projects are assigned as Job orders. The work of this Contract will be set forth in the Detailed Scopes of Work referenced in the individual Job Orders. The Contractor is required to complete each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time.
