Install necessary framing, drywall, insulation, trim, sealant, and electrical wiring. • Install new Automated Kiosk as designed by the plans provided. • New Kiosk must be powered by Emergency Power 120v. • Install all necessary data ports and punch downs. • Install new Security Camera if necessary. BLD-200 Engineering Office Renovation Room E208 • Common Area Corridor Door- Remove existing entrance Door and Window Partition. Install necessary framing, drywall, insulation, cove base, and finish paint. See drawing labeled- A-B101 Main Level. • Remove existing check in window console and casework. Install necessary framing, drywall, insulation, cove base, and finish paint. • Remove existing recessed can lighting. Install 2ea. new. 2' x 2' flat panel light fixture LED (with selectable color spectrum.) Replace Ceiling Tiles that will be discarded with matching OE. • Install 3ea. Duplex Receptacles See drawing labeled- A-B101 Main Level. • Remove existing Badge access. Fill, patch, and finish paint. • Remove existing signage in Common Area Corridor. Patch and finish paint. • Keep original carpeting. • Finish painting entire office. • Remove panic bar and install new mortise and lever – Re-key all necessary door hardware to accommodate BrightRidge security access levels. BLD-300 – C-207- New Office • Install door assembly from E-208 as pass through into SCADA Room C-207. • Finish trim and paint door area / wall. See drawing labeled A-C101-1 • Re-key all necessary door hardware to accommodate Brightridge security access levels.
