Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission (CCPRC) is seeking proposals from qualified photographers and/or photography studios to provide photo opportunities during the 2024 Holiday Festival of Lights (HFOL) for a period of one year with options for renewal for up to four one-year options. The scope of services will be to provide photo opportunities at the annual Holiday Festival of Lights. CCPRC is seeking, at a minimum, a revenue share of 35%, with the selected Vendor receiving 65%. The selected vendor will invoice CCPRC weekly for the wholesale amount for the photo’s sold. CCPRC will act as a reseller and assumes all SC Sales Tax obligations and collecting and remitting the sales tax to the South Carolina Department of Revenue.
