a. Facilitate work sessions for strategy development and deployment. Work sessions may include executive team members, committee planning members and various program leaders from OSH administration. b. Facilitate periodic meetings with OSH Superintendent and other leadership in a group setting. i. A group setting may include anywhere from 5 to 40 participants approximately and could be virtual or in person as determined based on need. ii. Periodic meetings may be topic based and coaching needs may be identified through a collaborative process. c. Periodic meetings and consultative support with executive team. i. Executive support and development may include issues such as review of organizational changes, mission, goal setting, policy development and strategic planning initiatives. ii. Assist in facilitating organizational change and transformation. iii. Consultative support to the executive team on process improvement and OSH organizational performance improvement may be recommended by the executive team or by the Contractor. iv. Strategic planning and policy deployment meetings will be facilitated by the Contractor. v. Strategic planning details and specifics to be determined dependent on OSH organizational needs. d. Facilitation in building learning organizations and developing high performing teams. e. One on one executive coaching with executive team members and leaders as requested. f. Meetings and sessions may be on-call or attimes previously agreed upon. g. Create and distribute various reports, including notes, action items, and all created materials associated with any facilitation or strategy planning event such as: i. Strategic planning and development ii. Consultation and coaching iii. Any other strategy planning event(s)
