North Dakota Workforce Safety and Insurance is conducting this solicitation for a compensation study to determine if current salaries align with similar positions in the external workers compensation insurance labor market. The contractor will be required to provide the following to achieve the objective of this project: Provide comparison data outlining current salaries in other workers compensation markets and determine if current WSI salaries align with similar positions in the external workers compensation insurance labor market. If it is determined that competitive salaries and salary ranges cannot be provided within the State’s classification system, at its discretion, WSI may request the contractor develop a classification system to align with WSI’s positions and to provide an equitable means to classify employees.
