• 30 Clipboards • 4 cases of paper • 5 boxes of pens • 5 boxes paperclips • 5 staplers • 18 Cow Bells • Sun cover pop-ups and chairs for timing equipment area as well as for the hand timers in each lane • Provide the number of workers required to work all aspects of running the swim invitational (Please note security, police and custodial will be provided by CUSD) • Cost to manage all workers and have them complete the necessary CUSD paperwork • Cost to manage this event from start to finish, including but not limited to creation of the event flyers, registrations, and closing/securing of swim facility • Provide all equipment used for electronic timing, which includes the following items: o 28 Touch Pads o 45 Pickle Timers o 4 Computer Systems o Full Scoreboard (Displays 10 lanes & Event/Heat) o 5 Printers for meet results and programs o WI-FI Hot Spot for Meet Mobile o External online capabilities using Meet Mobile for live time results
