Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish labor and materials to remove, dispose, & replace, 3rd floor roof, clean & jet 3rd floor roof drains, replace metal flashing & metal ridge cap, and caulk and seal around parapet walls. 1. Roof demo and debris removal • Remove and dispose of approximately 164 Squares of torch down roofing material. • Remove and dispose of approximately 16,000 SQ feet of sub roofing plywood. • Remove and dispose of approximately 120 LF of metal ridge cap. • Remove and dispose of approximately 100 LF of metal flashing. • Remove and dispose of wooden condenser curves. 2. Roof drains • Remove any visible debris from (20) roof drains. • Mechanically jet (20) roof drains. • Check for leaks (20) roof drains. 3. New sub roof and torch down installation • Install approximately 16,000 SQ feet of 1 /2"-inch plywood sub-roofing. • Install approximately 164 Squares of torch-down roofing material. • Reset (2) condensers on new pressure treated wooden curves. • Install approximately 120 LF of metal ridge cap. • Install approximately 100 LF of metal flashing. 4. Waterproofing and sealing • Caulk/Silicone approximately 2300 LF of parapet walls. • Caulk/Silicone all rooftop penetrations.
