Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pulaski County Information Systems needs the services of a vendor to provide programming, administrative, and support services for the Pre-Trial Justice Services web-based jail inmate demographic system, APPR Pulaski County Dashboard (APPR is an acronym for Advanced Pretrial Policy & Research), which will be hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services). Services would also include administering the system to include data changes, updates, report creation, and other services as needed. The vendor will not have to create the program. The program has already been created, but not implemented. This is basically a “read only” dashboard system to view "non-private” general demographic information about the adult inmate population.
