Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Waukesha County Department of Public Works is interested in obtaining the services of a Real Estate Consulting firm or firms for the real estate process resulting in the acquisition of right of way for the construction of CTH O (Moorland Road) from CTH HH to Grange Avenue in the City of New Berlin, AND CTH O (Moorland Road) from CTH D to WIS 59 in the City of New Berlin. Construction is planned for summer of 2026. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria listed in the RFP for each section of CTH O; therefore, there are two (2) Questionnaire/Proposal Response documents, and two (2) Bid Table/Pricing Documents. NOTE: Proposers are not required to submit on both projects/sections of CTH O. Proposers will be evaluated on CTH O (CTH HH to Grange Ave.) or CTH O (CTH D to WIS 59) or both, depending on submissions. If not submitting on one of the CTH O projects/sections, please note NO BID for the first item of the respective Questionnaire and Bid Table.
