Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.2 Base Bid A. Base Bid shall include: 1. Thin asphalt overlay over existing asphalt parking lots. 2. A Full Depth Asphalt shall be applied over the existing gravel parking lot. 1.3 Alternates: A. Alternate No.1: 1. In lieu of a thin asphalt overlay, provide a full depth asphalt and base course replacement. (Bid as Add/Alternate) B. Alternate No.2 1. In lieu of thin asphalt overlay over existing asphalt parking lot, provide a full tear off of existing asphalt down to sub grade and provide a 4” concrete parking lot with rebar reinforcements per KDOT standards. Slope to drain and meet ADA requirements. (Bid as Add/ Alternate) C. Alternate No. 3 1. In lieu of a full depth asphalt over existing gravel parking lot, provide a 4” depth concrete parking lot with rebar reinforcements per KDOT Standards. Slope to drain and meet ADA requirements. (Bid as Deduct/ Alternate)
