Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Work to be performed by authorized installers. b. Provide (3) 10’ radius shell ceiling panels. c. Provide (6) 12’W x 21’H “20’ radius towers” d. Provide (4) 12’W x 25’H “20’ radius towers” e. Remove the existing towers and dispose of them appropriately off-site. f. Remove the existing ceiling panels and dispose of them appropriately off-site. g. Inspect the counterweight line sets and make necessary repairs to ensure their safe operation as utility line sets continue operation. h. Create an as-built rigging layout based on field measurements and work with the Brooks Center Technical Staff to create a modified layout to allow for proper placement of the new Orchestra Shell Ceilings. i. Once a new layout is created, modify the current rigging equipment layout to allow for the installation of three motorized winches for the new Orchestra Shell Ceilings. j. Provide and install three new motorized wenches for the new Orchestra Shell Ceilings. This work must include creating a set of shop drawings for review and approval. Shop drawings must be stamped by a structural engineer licensed in the State of South Carolina.
