Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation is seeking, in functional terms, a new, cloud-based Demand Response Transit Software (DRTS), and support for installing and configuring commercial off-the-shelf in-vehicle tablets to operate the solution, including configuration of tablets already owned by the RTA. Contractor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: A. Design, configure, adjust, test, and fully integrate all hardware and software for all the systems and subsystems of the DRTS system. B. Provide and implement a plan (including training) that allows for seamless phasing and with minimal disruption from existing systems and procedures to new systems and procedures. a. Provide draft phasing plan 60 days after Notice to Proceed. Adjust the phasing plan with input from RTA. Final phasing plan must be approved by RTA. C. Replace legacy demand response transit software (Trapeze PASS and CleverDevices GreyHawk) with new DRTS and applications. DRTS manages client eligibility certification, trip booking, scheduling, vehicle dispatching, billing, and report generation (consistent with all FTA reporting requirements), customer web portal, agency web portal, smartphone app, outbound trip notifications, and integration with agency’s fare payment vendor; delivering approximately 800 trips per weekday delivered with 42 revenue vehicles and fully scalable up to 1000 trips per weekday. a.
