The MVA provides a variety of services related to driver licensing, vehicle registration and titling etc. The MVA is issuing this IFB for the purposes of obtaining snow removal services for seven (7) of its branch Offices. The MVA Facility Maintenance & Engineering Division in Glen Burnie is responsible for establishing policies and directing the operation and maintenance for MVA owned buildings. These facilities house State employees and accommodate Maryland residents. Accessibility to these facilities is critical during a snow event. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, on-site working supervision, staffing, materials, equipment, transportation of equipment, insurance, fuel, maintenance of equipment and incidentals necessary to remove snow accumulations to seven (7) MVA Branche Offices Statewide, including roads, parking lots and sidewalks.
