Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide HTCP materials technicians for materials (soils, salt, aggregate, concrete, and asphalt) testing assistance at the region material laboratories with the work charged under ID 1009-20-80 and charged to the specific construction projects. Administrative hours for maintaining, calibrating, and assisting with repair of testing equipment; documenting the requirements to retain laboratory qualification; and assisting new lab staff will be charged to project ID 0654-01-14. Work will be performed in the region laboratories located at 3502 Kinsman Boulevard in Madison and 3550 Mormon Coulee Road in La Crosse. Approximately 50- 60 hours/week at the Madison Office and approximately 120-160 hours total at the La Crosse Office during the construction season.
