Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this project is to repair the existing ORARNG Combat Pistol Qualification Course (CPQC) at Rees Training Center (RTC) to improve operational readiness. The proposed project is predominantly repair under the Sustainment program and will be permanent construction to extend the usable life of the facility. This project will provide all design, labor, materials and equipment necessary to repair or replace target mechanisms at RANG3. The project will remove the existing pneumatic target control system and replace it with a new electrical/mechanical system. This project will include removing and salvaging pneumatic target system and controls as needed; modifying the existing target coffins and abutments as needed; and installing the new target lifters and control system, as well as any other associated work incidental towards project completion.
