Specifications include, but are not limited to: Motor rebuild scope • A Condition Found Report (CFR) of equipment condition will be submitted to the customer. All repairs that are identified outside the scope of the rebuild shall be reported for consideration prior to repair. Change orders will be approved as needed. • EWEB may choose to secure a third party to verify the Complete Findings Report (CFR). • Contractor to provide periodic updates on rebuild. Status of pump & motor. • Contractor will provide the crane and labor to remove and reinstall 10 RFP #24-162-GS Annual HB Pump & Motor Rebuild • Dismantle motor • Contractor to make every reasonable effort to keep rebuilt pump clean and free of dirt & debris • Perform all electrical tests • Megger stator windings • Contractor to provide new gaskets for all connection points • Contractor to provide new mounting fasteners • Contractor to provide NSF approved anti-seize that contains no “primary additive” • Contractor to provide piping support for discharge piping while pump is out for rebuild • EWEB staff will be present at install to provide disinfection of rebuilt pump • Measure and record all mechanical fits • Stator windings shall be steam cleaned baked and varnish treated. • All parts shall be cleaned and painted, • Test reassembled motor • Pull and inspect the top shaft in the motor. All extra repairs needed will be reported at this time no work will be performed without customer approval. • The motor shall be filled with the proper quantities of oil using the specified ISO QUANTITIES AND BRAND OF OIL...
