Therefore, Navajo County Climate Zone shall be utilized regarding Truss Specifications. • All Trusses shall be constructed with 11 ½” Knee. • Two Bedroom Unit- In lieu of Shed Roof, Gable Trusses shall be designed for the front and back porches. Back Porch Trusses shall be designed for a 6’x6’ Patio. • Three Bedroom Unit- Shall be provided with Gable Trusses for the back porch and shall be designed for 6’x6’ Patio. • Four Bedroom Unit- Shall be provided with Gable Trusses for the front and back porches. Back Porch Trusses shall be designed for a 6’x6’ Patio. • Include all properly sized Vents and any required structural bracing for ALL units.
