Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work for this project will include pricing for the pad preparation and excavation. Please refer to the approved G & D plans for pricing. Also, take a look at the attached Geo Tech Report, slab thickness (5”) from Felten Group Engineering, and plot plan for the location of this home. The finish pad elevation should be 8 inches below the finish floor benchmark. The grading & drainage plans were designed by Clouse Engineering and approved by the City of Buckeye. Provide pricing for a 5” slab—pad @ minus 8” from FF BM. The elevation of the finish pad should be 8 inches below the benchmark of the finish floor. As indicated on the pad preparation plot plan, surround the perimeter of the pad with a 5-foot blowout at the front and back (east/west) and a 1-foot blowout at each side (north/south). Make sure all grading is sloped according to the plan, and cut the driveway to a depth of minus 6 inches.
