Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. This bid is to provide crushed aggregate for CTH Y. B. The special provisions in this proposal shall supplement and take precedence over the Standard Specifications. C. The Dane County Highway and Transportation Department, the issuer of this bid proposal, shall hereinafter be referred to as "the County." D. The project included in this proposal is subject to available funds and budget restraints. E. An alternate bid option for this project is included in the pricing table. Dane County will allow the selected vendor to blend the removed asphalt pavement in with the BASE AGGREGATE DENSE 1 1/4-INCH at a maximum blend of 50% of disposed asphalt. This alternate bid will not compensate for the DISPOSAL, ASPHALT PAVEMENT bid item.
