Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Prepare schematic design and construction cost estimate for the project. 2. Prepare 50% design development documents and construction cost estimate. 3. Prepare 100% design development documents (including drawings and specifications) and construction cost estimate. 4. Prepare 60% construction documents (including drawings and specifications) and construction cost estimate for the project for City review. 5. Prepare 90% of the construction documents (including drawings and specifications) and construction cost estimate for the project for City review and any required construction permit applications. 6. Prepare project bid documents and final probable construction cost estimate for the project. 7. Assist owner with bidding, addenda, and award of project. 8. Provide general oversight of the project as required by the Architect and/or Engineer of Record.
