1) The vendor shall provide twenty-four (24) aluminum trail bridge frame kits, three (3) aluminum stairway frame kits, and three (3) aluminum stair landing frame kits. Dimensions of each frame kit along with its capacity are listed below. 2) Decking is not included within this contract; however, the frame kits shall be designed to accommodate 2-inch thick wood or composite decking. 3) All kits shall be designed such that the use of a footer or abutment is not required. 4) Since the bridge locations have very remote access, no individual part of the kit shall exceed 30 lbs. in weight nor 100 inches in length. The bridge shall not exceed 2,700 lbs. total weight when fully assembled. 5) All components shall be manufactured with 6061 T6 Aluminum. The frame kits shall be designed with a live load capacity of a minimum of 9,000 lbs. 6) All bridge components shall rely solely on bolted connections. Welded connections are not permitted. 7) Each frame kit shall ship on pallets using standard freight. 8) All bridges shall include engineering reports regarding design and manufacturing. 9) Delivery of the kits shall be made per the table below.
