Specifications include, but are not limited to: select a contractor to serve as the provider of a Digital Special Education Assessment Library that shall serve all Tennessee LEAs across an array of least thirty (30) different psychological and speech/language assessments to include cognitive, achievement, socialemotional, articulation, receptive/expressive language, and motor to assist in the identification of students with disabilities. These assessments shall be available in English and Spanish and shall be available, on an unlimited basis, to all Tennessee LEAs in a digital platform to allow for digital administration and digital scoring. These resources include: • Unlimited hard copy and electronic protocols, • Unlimited use of scoring and interpretation software, • Access to online assessment manuals, • Access to digital administration assessments, and • Ongoing technical assistance and training.
