Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to develop a Comprehensive Campus Master Plan (CCMP) for Eastern Washington University’s (EWU) Spokane and Cheney campuses. With a focus on climate resiliency and decarbonization as EWU develops the CCMP, our facilities foster an equitable, sustainable, and supportive physical environment for members of the EWU community. We seek to create a physical environment that supports the student learning experience. Our student-centered learning spaces support effective teaching approaches. Our campus facilities are a living learning lab, foster experiential learning, and provide opportunities for student engagement that incorporates both curricular and cocurricular experiences. This solicitation is seeking proposals from qualified consultants who are experienced in the planning, development, and assessment of higher education campuses.
