Specifications include, but are not limited to: The renovations include the addition of a new adoption center, quarantine area for dogs and cats, north and east kennel wing renovations, and the expansion of the existing medical area. Based on the limitations of the existing building the above referenced renovations could be achieved by the reorganization of the existing spaces or the addition of a new building on the site. The renovations to the existing kennel wings will include both additional kennel space and the replacement of the existing kennel units. The medical office expansion will include additional office spaces, and post-operation recovery space. Construction in identified office spaces shall improve inefficiencies and incorporate future staff needs and growth projections.
