Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Fire Training Tower is a 1960’s vintage five-story reinforced masonry walled, reinforced concrete floortower, used for firefighting hose training exercises; with a footprint of 17’-4” x 17’-4”.The masonry repairs and painting to the Fire Training Tower shall include the following components:•Identified repairs to the exterior of the tower•Identified repairs to the interior of the toweroIncludes checking all interior stair railings and repairing/replacing as necessary•Painting of the exterior of the entire structureoStructure to be painted color of HFD’s choosing, to match other buildings on-siteoTrim will be painted color of HFD’s choosing, to match other buildings on-siteTrim includes:•Window coverings and window frames•Doors and door frames•Exterior railings•Exterior Roof hatches
