Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Specific Project or Service Needs LES seeks to work with an outside vendor to procure SIP Trunk and DID Services. B. Business Requirements • Initial contract term will be 3 years with the option to renew for up to 2 additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement between the parties. • Recurring charges o SIP Trunk per channel cost o Call usage charges (local, domestic, international) o DID number block charges o Other recurring charges specific to each vendor not mentioned above. • One-time charges o Initial setup and installation charges, including applicable hardware needed o Initial DID porting charges o Other one-time charges specific to each vendor not mentioned above. C. Technical Requirements • 50 SIP Trunks at each location o Locations to deliver service to: 9445 Rokeby Rd Lincoln NE 68526 (LOC) 2620 Fairfield Street, Lincoln NE 68521(SVC) • Bursting ability up to 150 trunks at each location • Must include any ISP SIP Trunk termination gear (switches/routers etc.) at each location. o Gear must be identical model and business grade. • Must have redundant core infrastructure and provide geographic locations where core infrastructure resides. • SIP service provider to have back-up emergency power sources for all equipment handling LES SIP traffic that can sustain a minimum four-hour electrical service outage. LES also reserves the right to have access to the drawings showing the connectivity to & the associated back-up power sources. • A description of the power and backup power sources at the bidder’s facilities that will provide service to LES. • Proposed Service Level Agreement (SLA) that will be in effect for the three-year period. LES desires full availability of the contracted SIP Trunks of 99.99% or better for each contracted month. • Provide SLA Performance Metrics for each area: o Uptime guarantee: o Call quality metrics: o Latency and jitter: • Provide the number of technical support staff dedicated to business class internet ticket resolution available after 24/7/365. • Provide the average SIP trunk trouble ticket resolution time • Provide the number of years the vendor has been providing SIP Trunk services.
