Specifications include, but are not limited to: * Information Management System (IMS): Provider will provide Metro with access to a secure, web-based compliant IMS, that at a minimum allows Metro to: * Enroll offenders in the alcohol and drug testing program; * Enter custom test panels specific to each offender * Order unscheduled tests for an individual offender * Enter excused test periods for an individual offender; * Inactivate or activate offenders; * Track and review offender test history * Designate vouchers for specific offenders; and * Track applicable offender payments.; * The IMS shall also be specific to each specialty court program (e.g. separate enrollment and viewing of Probation, Recovery Court, Cherished Hearts, Mental Health Court, Veterans Court and DUI Bond. Provider shall also be able to add other specialty court programs as the needs of the court evolve. The Provider shall also structure the IMS in such a manner as to allow assigned staff to only view their specific programs, and; * Provides the supervising court staff quick access to each offender; * Provides a consolidated summary of all activity related to each offender; * Illustrates if an offender is scheduled to test; * Provides a summary of recent positives, no shows, and other non-negative test results.
