Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Combi Oven and Multi-Cook Oven (Ovens) must stack Combi Oven over Multi-Cook Oven. The stainless-steel stacking hardware must come with, including stainless steel legs that will support both ovens. The Ovens must come fitted for Natural Gas, 98,000 BTU that includes an installation kit for gas combi oven, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), rated up to 20.0 amps per oven. The Ovens must come with a Factory Authorized Installation Program which includes: o Travel within sixty (60) miles of installer o A pre-installation sight survey o Professionally reviewed and managed installation process o Assembly of purchased equipment o Assembly of any accessories o Placement and leveling of unit o Connection to existing utilities within three (3) feet of unit mechanics to ensure proper function o Training on how to operate, program and clean both ovens.
