Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Due to the heavily wooded area, Supplier will be required to remove the pine needles and debris from the roadway before it is scarified. Estimated @ 3 days of Self Propelled Street Sweeper. • Scarify the roadway a depth of a minimum of 6". NOTE: **All excavated material can remain on site in a designated area.** • Re-grading and compacting. Material remains on-site. • The existing V-Ditches to be re-graded to drain up to 2500 LF. This material will be hauled to one of the driveways in the attached map and graded to fit. • Addition of 3 culverts with rip rap end treatments to aid with drainage of the camp. • Identified roadways will receive 4" of ABC added to the subgrade on the identified roadways throughout the camp. • ABC to be extended out an additional 1' on both sides to be used as shoulder up material after the paving is complete. • Roadways to be paved to a depth of 3" with a 1/2" mix and 4" with a 3/4" mix. • A bobtail truck should be added to the proposal to assist with getting the AC materials to the paver in some tight areas. • The proposal should include traffic control with flaggers during all operations; as well as cones, signs and barricades to protect hazards. • Quality control and survey to be included in the proposal. • The roadway will NOT require striping after the paving is complete. • Supplier to include warranty as part of the proposal. • Payment & Performance Bonding will be paid by the owner for eligible costs. Supplier to indicate bond percent %. o A copy of the proof of payment to be included with the invoice.
