Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will be responsible for providing electrical services, including repair, maintenance, and installation, for all CCWA facilities across Clayton and Henry Counties in Georgia. For general (non-emergency) requests, the Contractor must respond within twenty-four (24) hours and complete the work at a mutually agreed upon time and date. A. Inspections, installations, alterations, repairs, and/or replacement of high and low voltage electrical wiring systems and equipment. B. Ensure continuous operation of electrical equipment by maintaining it around the clock. C. Follow diagrams or blueprints to avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring. D. Ensure concealed wiring is consistent with specifications and local electrical codes. E. Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit. Route wiring through the conduit. F. Install control and distribution systems including switches, relays, circuit breakers, electrical panels, pull boxes and transformers. G. Connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power cables to equipment. H. Repair and replace broken or defective parts in motors, switches, and fixtures. I. Repair malfunctions using standard methods. J. Test, locate and repair trouble in electrical circuits and equipment.
