Specifications include, but are not limited to: safely remove, properly pack, transport, recycle, incinerate, and/or dispose of all science chemicals and chemical wastes as may be required by WCPS during the term of the contract. These services shall include, but not necessarily be limited to the furnishing of shipping containers (approved by the Federal Department of Transportation) according to compatibility; and treatment, disposal, or recycling facility requirements, and all labor, supervision, supplies, materials, incidentals, related appliances, equipment and all other items necessary to complete the Scope of Work for this specification and as may be defined on the Purchase Order, Notice to Proceed, Release Number, and/or Work Order, for various WCPS sites.
