Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide and set up a new Heil 5-ton air handling unit with 15 kw heat and place it on plenum stand. Demolish 2 old 20x20 return air grills and short plenum from ceiling space. Run approximately 12-14 feet of sheet metal duct work in a tee formation above air handling unit with 4 supply air grills. Provide 2 20x20 return air grills with filters in return air plenum. Run refrigerant copper piping from the new air handling unit location to existing condenser location. Run control wire. Install new wall thermostat. Run new drain line through metal building wall and stub to outside. Install new fire stat and drain line safety float switch. Run new 230/3 phase power source to new 5-ton air handling unit and 15 kw heater. Set new Heil 5 Ton condenser in place and connect. Pull vacuum and start up the new system. The vendor will provide all materials and equipment needed for the job to be completed. Lastly, the vendor labor cost should also be included in the cost of this job.
