Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. This cylindrical chamber shall be constructed of at least three magnetically shielded layers cylindrical layers. 2. The chamber shall be constructed from three layers of custom MuMETAL 3. One end of the chamber shall be closed. 4. One end of the chamber shall have a removable cover that permits access to the internal test area. 5. The chamber shall have an internal working diameter of at least 25 inches. 6. The chamber shall have an internal working length of at least 140 inches. 7. The chamber and its support cradle shall be capable of supporting a fully instrumented REMUS 300 type vehicle that weighs approximately 200 lbs. 8. Chamber access holes for connecting power and signal cables shall be determined by USM after the contract award. 9. A degaussing coil capable of less 10nT absolute residual static field, and less than 30 femto Tesla per Hz1/2 at 1-100 Hz noise shall be provided. 10. A forklift liftable nonmagnetic cradle shall be supplied. 11. The system shall be shipped using a suitable shipping crate. 12. The vendor shall provide a list and cost of all optional onboard spares. 13. The delivery arrangements and transportation costs shall be the vendor’s responsibility.
