The Contractor shall provide recycling service* for all collected recyclable materials. White Paper/Colored Paper/Newspaper/Shredded Paper: The contractor shall provide the State with MSD-95 Otto Carts, or equal in the quantities and buildings as listed in the OFFER FORM, page OFA-1. The State shall provide space for the recycling carts in a location allowing for convenient pick-up by the Contractor. The State shall be responsible for removing all recyclable materials to be recycled from the interior of each building and placing the recyclable materials in covered bins and covered containers located at a central collection point. The Contractor shall completely empty the covered bins in accordance with the schedule shown in the OFFER FORM. The contractor shall properly dispose of all recyclable materials collected. The Contractor shall repair and/or replace any defective covered bins within three (3) working days following notification by the State. Corrugated Cardboard/Shredded Paper: The Contractor shall provide the State with recycling containers suitable for cardboard/shredded paper recycling as listed in the OFFER FORM. (minimum six (6) cubic yard containers). The Contractor shall completely empty the recycling containers in accordance with the schedule provided in OFFER FORM, page OFA-1. The Contractor shall properly dispose of the corrugated cardboard/shredded paper for recycling. The Contractor shall repair and/or replace any defective container within three (3) working days following notification by the State. * Should the recycling pick up date occur on a boat day, advance notice shall be given by the State to reschedule that pick-up day during that week.
