Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Overview: Scottsbluff Public Schools invites bids for the replacement of the existing conference room AV system located at Scottsbluff High School, 313 East 27th Street, Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The current sound system and wired microphone setup are outdated and require upgrading. The conference room, utilized for various purposes including Board of Education meetings, spans a 2,000-square-foot area. The room features 12 ceiling-mount speakers and a dedicated wiring closet with a wall-mount cabinet/rack for audio equipment. This room also has an overhead projector with video connections at multiple locations in the room. *This project will not include any connections or integrations with this projector. Scope of Work: 1. Replace existing equipment excluding ceiling speakers. 2. Upgrade amplifier/mixer equipment. 3. Provide wireless microphones for meeting tables and podium. 4. Ensure seamless audio transmission from laptops to ceiling speakers via the existing 3.5mm wall port.
