Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work: The Consultant will be responsible for: • Formulating strategies to enhance regional economic competitiveness. • Initiating regular stakeholder engagement with government officials, business leaders, and institutions to align economic development efforts and to leverage resources effectively. • Identifying potential areas for economic growth and development, such as emerging industries, untapped markets, and investment opportunities. • Performing and participaing in high-level policy development. • Working in close confidential relationship with the Agency and the elected county executive. The Agency will be responsible for: • Providing access to reports, research, and other resources needed to support the scope of work. • Collaborating with the Consultant as directed by the elected county executive.
