Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pierce County is seeking an organization or organizations to provide demand and/or micro-transit transportation services for residents in each of the following areas: • Key Peninsula - see Attachment A for a service area map o Proposals for this area must include Micro-Transit services at a minimum. • Spanaway/Frederickson/ 176th Corridor - see Attachment B for a service area map • White River Communities - see Attachment C for a service area map This pilot program shall emphasize access to community centers and gathering areas, health and wellness services, nutritional food hubs, and employment centers. As well, the pilot program shall focus on serving youth including allowing youth under age 18 to ride without a legal guardian, veterans, seniors, and underrepresented populations, but shall not be limited to this ridership.
