Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pursuant to District Rule 137-048-0220, the City of Newport (City) is conducting a formal selection procedure for Request for Proposals For Qualified Airport Engineering Consulting Services: Newport Municipal Airport Consultant of Record to assist the City in identifying, designing, and constructing projects associated with the Newport Municipal Airport Master Plan. The City plans to award to the highest ranked proposer selected from those teams submitting responsive Proposals. The anticipated contract work will include comprehensive analysis, cost estimating, grant guidance, pre-design, design, solicitation of contractors, and construction management of improvements associated with Airport projects.
