Pre-Replacement Preparations: - Conduct a pre-replacement site survey to assess the existing RTUs and confirm all dimensions, weights, and specifications. - Verify existing conditions, including structural integrity and alignment of the rooftop and roof curbs. - Confirm that the roof curb adaptors are suitable for the new RTUs or identify and modifications as specified that they meet the courthouse's operational requirements. - Coordinate with Jon Major from Granite State Automation (603) 300-3899 to plan for the integration of the new RTUs into the Courthouse Building Management System (BMS). Ensure each unit is ordered BACNet MSTP ready. - Ensure coordination with courthouse management to schedule the replacement during the period that minimizes disruption to courthouse operations. - Coordinate with a licensed crane operator for the removal and installation of the RTUs.
