The Town of Marana is conducting a competitive One-Step Process to retain up to SIX (6) Firms to provide expedited plan review and inspection services as specified herein. The Town seeks qualified Consultants to provide consultant services in the form of a multi-disciplinary team. Successful consultants may perform Internal 2nd Party Plan Review, Bundled 2nd Party Plan Review, and/or External 3rd Party Plan Review for the Development Services Department at the Town. The scope of services provided by successful consultants can vary based on the expertise of each consultant. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis, if-needed basis and the resultant agreement is neither exclusive nor a commitment by the Town of Marana that the Consultant’s services will be required. The Town invites interested firms to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) relating to this solicitation.
