Specifications include, but are not limited to: support with dismantling and removing current playground and installing new playground items which will include the following: disassembly of current items in place (signage, current ground covering, current ground covering border, playground equipment), removal of existing items in the area, freight and any associated costs with removal and disposal of existing items, leveling/grading of land and obtaining and installation of retention items that may be required, soil samples, freight and any associated costs in delivery and installation of new playground equipment structures that are agreed upon by MSDB (and meet the requirement needs), installation of the poured-in-place ground covering for the specified area, installation of the turf for the specified area, installation of new signage as specified by the school district, and full shade covering for 85% of the entire area including: playground area, walkway connected to the wheelchair ramp all the way to where the gate will be located, the area where a bike rack will go, and the synthetic grass area.
