Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. OSPI seeks to expand and mobilize the Inclusionary Practices Technical Assistance Network (IPTN), composed of state Technical Assistance (TA) Providers and State Education Agency (SEA) Leaders, to improve inclusion rates specifically for Black students with an Individual Education Program (IEP) and students with an IEP who also have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The Contractor will accomplish this goal by continuing to operate the IPTN design team, support universal, targeted, and individualized technical assistance activities for IPTN member organizations, working with OSPI in establishing an IPTN advisory, and further advancing IPTN infrastructure (e.g. website, communication tools, and network guidance documents).
