ROOF: Remove existing metal panels and insulation on the roof. Install new 26-gauge panels with 1 ¼” rib to purlins (color to be specified at a later date) All Trims, flashing, etc. according to standard practice. Application of 2” nominal closed cell spray foam to underside of metal roof panels R10 or better. WALLS: Walls are approximately 4,600 square feet Remove metal wall panels on the inside of purlin Cut out existing insulation Protect floors from overspray Application of 2” nominal closed cell foam to walls Application of paint to SPF Application of white paint to spray foam Application of paint to immediately follow foam, masking from foam to stay in place till after paint is applied. Removal and disposal of all scrap and unused materials.
