SAP Material Master Number 11947 (32-03-2700) Panel mounting assembly hardware shall consist of a 3/8 inch-16 UNC by 3/4 inch aluminum alloy 2024-T4, hex head bolt, compatible with extruded panels. Must include two 3/8 inch aluminum flatwashers 1 inch x 7/16 inch x .078 inch and one 3/8 inch aluminum alloy 2017-T4 hex head locknut. All parts to be assembled by hand before delivery. Locknuts should not be engaged. SAP Material Master Number 11948 (32-03-2705) Post clip assembly hardware shall consist of an aluminum alloy 356-T6 post clip with one 3/8 inch-16 UNC by 1 3/4 inch aluminum alloy 2024-T4, rectangular head bolt. Must include one 3/8 inch aluminum flatwasher, 2024-T3, 3/4 inch x 25/64 inch by .090 inch thick and one 3/8 inch aluminum alloy 2017-T4 hex head locknut. All parts to be assembled by hand before delivery. Locknuts should not be engaged. Assemblies to be supplied in containers that do not exceed 250 units per container.
